Regarding to d-diner and crp,
Yesterday my mother has taken above tests in that test result d-dimer 395 it shown normal result but crp is 88 it is higher than previous crp 40 hemoglobin 11 mg/dl wbc 15356 neutrophils 17% doctor changes the antibiotics and said next you blood culture test and urine culture test sir plz suggests me what

Yes WBC count is high suggestive of infective cause. Once the infection is getting controlled,CRP will come down. Please follow your doctor's advice.
