High hear rate
From last one week, whenever I checked in pulse oxymeter the the heart rate showing in the range 120/130. Where as last month during regular health checkup on 10th April my hearrate as per ECG is 96. Even my TMT rate is ok. But triglycerides is 253 and Cholesterol 235 and LDL cholesterol 184. For that Dr prescribed me to take Atrovastatin. But don't know why suddenly heart rate increases. It would be great some one can help me.

Hi dear Your ldl levels are high If other risk factors like high bp, smoking, family history of premature coronary artery disease is not present then you need to do lifestyle , diet modification, your heart is high for that regular exercise and Pranayam is helpful

Continue Atorvastatin for Dyslipidemia. Regarding heart rate, as ECG didn't show any abnormality, take some anxiolytics. Lifestyle changes like physical excercise , avoiding smoking and alcohol will help.
