Heart Problems & Remedies

I'm having moderate pain on the left side of the chest and back shoulder blade area, which occurs when I'm doing some basic activities and movements. Also, there is no such pain during normal breathing. But if I do some heavy breathing it pains more. This has been occurring since past 3 days. What could be the possible cause and should I consult any doctor?

4 to 5 place looking clotting type in my leg , pain after press on point, in one leg 2 point , and in right leg 5 to 6 point and on ankle also , little swelling looks like, what it is and how to cure.

On 01st may'21 his covid report is negative ,all is going good,have some wweakness and breathing issue is there but  ,in few days having breathing problem more severe  ,spo2-95/96 ,

Sudden increase in bp and heart rate ie. (131/88) (111-heart rate), while laying down. Since two hours I felt uneasy and heaviness in chest. No exercise was done since 4 hours. Usually I have low BP.

Hello, My brother in law(41 years) had an angioplasty 5 years back that time her LVef was 35%. Recently got his Echo done and it showed  LVef 32%. I want to know does the LVef decreases overtime and does that mean there is a possibility of heart attack again? If yes then what is the procedure of improving it.? Please help. Thanks in advance.

From the last 2-3 days i am having stomach discomfortness such gas trouble, burping and gas passage. Today i went for checkup it shows spo2 normal but pulse rate is around 120-121. The doctor prescribed crp and cbc. Which all are normal crp is 0.50 mg/dL. Internal fever was there but taken calpol 500. Now i am okay. I want to know that whether this high pulse rate is due to heart disease or problem. I underwent ECG and TMT on Feb-2021 for chest pain and there also reports are normal. Doctor suggest it as acidity. From that day and till before 3 daysall was normal. But from the last 3 days i am having stomach gas and discomfortness. But this high pulse is causing me anxious. Most of the blood reports are normal. Then how can pulse increases. ECG and TMT done on FEB-2021 is attached. Please guide me.

He has recovered from covid 15 days ago and still his pulse comes 125 in rest mode..what might be the reason behind this and what is the remedy for this..He was admitted in the hospital for 8 days and after that his pulse comes 125..He has taken aelopathic treatment too and currently is taking homoepathic treatment.Kindly guide us what should we do. What is the uses of FOLMED FORTE Tab. and compostion ? Have any other option of this medicine. Pls tell about that.

I am feeling pain in heart since 4 to 5 days it occurs sometimes not everytime. I feel lake heart is beating more rapidly then normal.
