I am non diabetic but I have increased triglyceride . It is 170 as per latest report. I have been advised to take lepaglyne 4mg tablet once daily before breakfast. Since I am non diabetic , should I consume lepaglyne tablet ? Will it be safe? Please inform

My mom always have bp between 150 to 160... Slight increase in cholesterol around 208 and pre-diabetic sugar 121 in fasting...these all are since past 1 year...
