Last one I have pain my middle chest & these pain incresing any actives done by me like moving ,sleeping time change side etc

Last night I have felt that something strange happen in my body then try to focus n find out my heart wasb beating suddenly stop for a fews seconds then start it again. What should i do if this thing happen again?
