RHD - Antibiotics Therapy
If RHD caught early with mild valve engagement(mild mr , mild tr , mild ar).
Can Antibiotics therapy stop the progress of RHD?
Or it will progress slowly over time.
Or in future need valve repair?

Opinion needed
Recently I did a routine check up for going abroad all my blood test like cbc, creatinine, tsh, lft, fbs, cholestrol cme normal
But in ecg I have a slight variation ( this is the first time in my life am checking my ecg)
Am asymptomatic and moderly active
1.low wave t4
2.slight st depression in v5, v6
My bp is 120/70
Consulted 2 cardiologist
Troponin i : < 0.01 negative
TMT : negative
Doctors told that I have the same baseline variation before the TMT test and after the test, no change
So nothing to worry and it's non specific variation

Pulse/heartbeat in butts(am overweight)
When i am sitting for long hours or sometimes just for 5 mins my butts start pulsing, not the pulsing twitches in butt, but literally my pulse in my butt, yea synchronized with heart rate, i was diagnosed high cholesterol 3 month back although it hd gone down but still not below normal level, is it that my arteries are clogged and i am feeling butt in pulse, my family dont have any history of FH or CHD , once my bp was 133/86 is it due to high bp, but when i checkes again it came 128/72 , i dont know some times even while resting on hard bed i can feel the pulse in butt, it doest hurt or doesnt fade of unless i remove my concentration from it, i can even feel it now within second while sitting and concentrating for 30 sec or so same thing happens in my hand usually there ia nothing but suddenly sometimes i become hyper aware of my pulse in hand and when i make the fist my whole fist bounce on pulse, but after i do something else i dont feel any pulse, is it due to cholesterol or bp, y

Chest Pain | Mild Mr | Mild Tr
I am little sporty person. I generally spend 1-2 hour daily in the gym.
From past few days when I do intense cardio after that I get chest tightness (left side upper).
Pain is not that severe.
After that I have done echo and got the result
---Mild Mr and Mild Tr(32 pasp)
And everything in report was normal.
Some doubt I have please respond.
1)Does mild mr become Severe. If yes then how much time it take to become severe.(In general).
2)Can I avoid weight lifting training and aerobics.
3)I am active adult then why this happen to me?
