Heart Problems & Remedies

I am 20 years old..i am getting palpitations and breathless and i am like having abnormal heart beat during which i feel breathlessess..it occurs sometimes in day and night..i once went to hospital and they gave me anxiety pills (ambulax).. I don't know what is happening..when it occurs the first time i overthink about it that it will occur again.can you help please

I got a comprehensive health checkup done as I was feeling exhausted all the time. These are some of the highlighted readings in my reports. Cholesterol 251, HDL Cholesterol 37, LDL Cholesterol 187, Non-HDL Cholesterol 214 with Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate of 40 mm/hr, Blood Urea Nitrogen of 3.5 mg/dL, Urea 7.49 mg/dL and Vitamin D (25-OH) is 4.4. What does my high cholesterol and other readings mean?

I am having chest pain since quite some time , it usually comes and goes but it's there's since a week or more now. Yesterday when I went out, I felt a sudden sharp pain in my chest near heart side, it was very sharp and felt like pins and needles. My left arm also pains and back pain is also there Still it's paining ECG is normal, TSH normal, Blood Sugar normal, cholesterol normal. I have taken VITAMIN D tablets and I take dsr capsules empty stomach early morning. What could be the reason?

Can any cardiologist help me in knowing that is this Ecg report normal ? I am attaching the report..

When i get afraid of suddenly panic or shocked suddenly. Why is there a sensation on the the left part of chest and then the whole body becomes weightless and kind of sweaty and numb. My heart is normal though normal echocardiogram and ecg. Do these getting panic or suddenly afraid can cause heart damage ?

When i lay flat on bed my chest becomes tight and pressure and also some burning sensation is it heart problems any tips on it pliz help and i am worried

I am 26 years old  female ,weighing 60 kg.i was having chest pain for 2 days whenever i lift something or raise my right hand. Doc advised ecg, ecg has been done twice. I am sharing the images. It was written that short pr interval, poor r wave progression and inferior t wave abnormality may be age and gender related. I went to cardiologist also he told that it is gender related nothing serious. I have shared the images of ecg .please tell do i need to get more investigations done. Please suggest i am very tensed due to this

I take Cilacar T (10/40) and Aten 25 for hypertension. Is it okay for me to consume Omega 3 capsules ?

On August 1 I had a severe breathing problem after taking inhaler and criz m I got normal in 3 4 hours but still feeling dizziness, today again I am feeling dizziness ,slept whole day but still feeling to sleep and feel a pain in my chest on right hand side and cannot stand not sit for much time feels to get a sleep. What should I do for these.
