Dear Doctor, I having pain the joint point of neck and shoulders, left side. This pain goes to my hand and left side back also. Any hand experience make me experience pin-pain. In the month of Feb 2021, I did great check by running on trademill. At that time my report was normal. I am also suffering from IBS. Please suggest me. Is it heart issue or veins issue? I am having heavy head and some life pain in TMJ left side. Please advise me. My weight is near 100kg. I am 5.6 ft tall. Thank you doctor in advance

Hi I have high MPV 15fl.  Is it bad . Little worried and to whom I should consult ? Also I often use to have bloated gut.

My father is in CRPF and there are regular medical checkup in his department. He recently got his ECG report and these are the thing mentioned in the report: normal sinus rhythm, Moderate voltage criteria for LVH maybe normal variant and Boardline ECG. I'm attaching the report also. Please tell me if it is normal or not and what should we do? Thanks you.

My relative(50years) have hypertension since 8years, yesterday he undergone 2d echo and ecg His BP while ecg and echo was 200/100mmhg and he is suffering from whitecoat effect in hospital his bp shoots up to high while at home after taking tablets his bp is always less than 135/85mmhg and he gained 2kg weight since 2 months. he never had heart attack till now and also no symptoms Ecg report says - q wave inferior leads, sinus tachycardia Echo report says IVS - 16mm PWD-15mm EF - 60% EVD -70ml Mitral valve thickened and grade 2 MR + 2jets Concentric LVH+ GRADE 1 LVDD no effusion, no clots No RWMA Normal LV systolic function (LVEF-60%) All others are normal Doctor suggested he had systemic hypertension and gave BLOOD PRESSURE tablets  and told nothing Please evaluate reports and provide suggestions for further consultation and how to deal with whitecoat effect. Is anything serious

I feel pain in the middle of my chest which is bearable but uneasy. I also noticed I have increased heart rate even while resting, it's sometimes between 110 - 126. I got an ECG done in July and the test was normal. The doctor advised it's related to gas but I want to check if I need to do another test or take some medicines for this. I did not had such issue before and this has started this year after I recovered from COVID.

Hi, I am taking concur 5mg for high bp and high HR. I was diagnosed with hypertension 3 months back. My normal heart rate used to be around 90 to 100. Now my heart rate is 58 to 65 after medication and bp is 115/80. Should i ask my cardiologist to reduce my tablet power to 2.5mg from 5mg Thanks in advance.

My mother age 61 , get a CT angiography done on 19th sep , reports are attached. She is taking medicine for high bp from last 10 years. How serious or normal are the test results? Please guide

Hello Dear doctors, My mom (45F) is planning to take 1st dose of corona vaccin (covaxin). The problem is, she is a heart surgery patient. In 2015 we did Mitral Valve Replacement (MVR) surgery, after that she is taking blood thinner medicine (tab acitrom 3mg) along with tab amifru and tab Lanoxin. Her current INR is 3. Please guide us about her vaccination. Is it safe to take vaccine for her. Should we stop tab acitrom before taking vaccine? Will it make any impact if INR is 3. Please help us in best possible way on this. Thanks you.

The patient has now been diagnosed with LVD where LVEF is 25-30%. Angiogram is normal. Diabetic. Patient is facing heavy cough and nausea with breathing disorder. What could be the reason and suggest an instant relief from nausea and cough. Is in medication attached. So grateful.
