I have pain in chest on the left-middle portion. This has started since I recovered from covid 4 months back.

Dear Doctors, Due to chest pain yesterday I visited to ER, the Doctors performed Troponin I Test (Report Attached) which says

I had coffee yesterday and am having a lot of anxiety and increased heart rate since last night along with acidity. I am also feeling restless and and am unable to sleep and haven't been able to breathe

Gf after noon sir..from last  week i was feeling illness and pain in my hand and some time feeling difficulty in breating.so today morning in empty stomach i have tested  my Cholesterol and my report is as mention below. CHOLESTEROL - 187.0 TRIGLYCERIDE - 711.0 HDL - 46.75 LDL - 1.95 VLDL - 142.2 so doctor may i take Tonact tg? tablet once a day? plz reply fast

I have diagnosed with rheumatic fever at age of 7 getting penicillin G until 2020 when doctor was available now doctor sir anande has expired and and haven't for further consultation and I don't getting althrocin 250 mg tablet which was last time in June 2020 prescribed by sir due to side effects. Now having joint pain and whole body pain &  irritation don't fallen sleep properly. Please suggest further diagnosis.
