Health anxiety bp reached to 130/100 will it be back to normal I am not a bp patient.
Due to anxiety my bp rised to 130/80 and my head was paining first reading when I did was 130/80 after 5 mins of it my reading was 120/70 because I was not overthinking when I sleep at night theres no head pain and when I wake up when I overthink there is head pain due to overthinking do I need medicine or anything or can I take clonazepam for anxiety will it releive ?

Blood pressure is normal. Control anxiety. Can take medication for headache.
