Hello sir/madam          My friend's mom has an heart enlargement issue.This issue is identified by them 10 years ago.....when she got this doubt means she is out of energy after small work and she is exhausted for little work so she has doubt and consulted an cardiologist and she is now in medication.she is mother of 2 kids...whether this issue is genetic r is there any chance that it  may effect any one of her kids in specific.?

I have been taking Telvas 40 for a month now and my BP ( i measure once in morning and once in night ) has been under 120-90. Since last two days its around 120/92 - 135/97. Should i increase my dosage or let it be ?

Over the years, multiple tests and even medicines for months, still my triglycerides are like 800+ every time... Rest of the cholesterol is normal.  Lifestyle changes also tried... Is it some condition?

Is it okay to measure BP when lying down ? Or should you always sit ? Is BP lying down different in comparison to sitting ?

My BP has been consistently high at 150/100 since last year because of anxiety issues (As Lipid profile, Diabete, KFT, etc. came normal, previous year as well as this year). So no medications being taken. I've read prolonged high BP leads to complications, what period is considered medically "prolonged" for high BP???

I went to Lab for lipid profile testing just after having lunch ,my triglycerides level came to 310, I am taking propanolol from last one month for migraine, it could be due medicine or not

My mom had throat problem after eating mucus blocking in throat before 1 month back so i take her to hospital doctor prescribed tab.Nexpro 40mg and cetirizine for 10 days that time bp was 160/100. After 10 days we went that time also bp was 150/100 so he prescribed bp tab.amlodipine she is taking now.. Last 4 days she is having left hand pain, left back chest tightness so today I took her for ecg. Doctor told ecg is normal he gave tab. Paracetamol 650. But still she is having pain what is the cause sir/madam?
