Needle pain
Sharp pain in left chest and opposite back .. Pain like sharp needle pain.. It worse while moving left hand.. But it comes and goes.. It last for 5 to 10 sec.. Iam 24 years male normal box, normal sugar, normal cholesterol, no family history of heart disease.. But this pain make me fear... Related heart attack, ... But 2 month before I done ECG, ECHO, and TMT test.. Report is negative... What can I do now... Shall I go for another heart valuation ... What cause this sharp pain...

Pain looks like cervical Radiculopathy. Please consult an orthopedic doctor and get physiotherapy done.
