I am having anxiety severe depression suffering from heart fluttering in right side of neck brain during my continuous exercise also when I walk around is this due to my mental health

Hello doctor I have anxiety from last 1month, and I got sudden palpitations one day and consulted a doctor, he took ecg and it showed sinus tachycardia. He also suggested to do a 2d echo and it came normal. He then prescribed some medicines and a week later I took another ecg and it was normal. Is there anything to worry? pls let me know. My Doctor he said patient has Aortic valve regurgitation Gr 3/4 At present needs only medical management he give medicine nothing has changed now i need to come india but i dont want surgery can i get another solution

My echo report shows mild tricuspid regurgitation. Doc said it can't be reverse. So is there any chance to remaine it constant so it will never progress. Please suggest.

From last few days.. I am having palpitations in my neck..dizziness and headache...
