ECG,2d echo,tmt,troponin I ,all cardiac test normal...but not feeling well.. sometimes bp also rise upto 150/90, headache.we are monitoring bp sometimes it is high upto 150 ,144 ,and otherwise in normal limits..what to do next..which test

I was recently diagnosed with a mild Mitral Trivial regurations I walked 3km yesterday and today my hands got swollen and I have chest pains. Is it something heart related or not?

Occasionally, i feel some pounding in my left chest which disappeared within 10 sec. And feel some vibration sensations sometime.. My concern is why may the reason for the pounding and vibrate feel.? I did 2 ecg, 2 echo, 2 chest xray and 1 tmt where normal. Pls asvise

My husband  got dengue after the recovery lft was done and it show cholesterol 237 GGT 134 sgot 88 sgpt 119.weakness is still there.doctor prescribed him liv 52 and health ok tablet.Doctor told him it's happen after dengue.weither I continue the medicine aur switch to another doctor?

Hello doc, while doing cardio workout when I placed hand on left side of chest it beating fast in between one beat is dominating one. There is no chest pain at all while exertion. And beating is coming down when stopping exercise. After exercise that is after 5 min I checked manually, pulse rate is 112 ( 28×4). Is anything wrong ??? Am I prone to any irregular heart rate ??? By the way what it could mean flutter heart rate ???

Good LV Function, significant Nodular Fibrosis on the Mitral with Trivial MR, no obvious wall motion abnormality, the pericardim looks normal, mild PHT, no obvious thormbi seen. Please assist as I'm worried though the Doctor said is normal.
