Post operative anaemic Radical cystectomy What treatment would be required to maintain a haemoglobin

My TSH value >100 , for RAI treatment doctor told it should be more than 30 , on 23 jan they'll going to give RAI treatment, is it ok to have TSH value>100, plz suggest

Sir, I have severe throat pain and ear pain .i have consulted many doctors .These are my report Blood reports - Normal endoscopy - normal , USG Neck - normal Thyroid T3,T4,TSH profile - normal X ray - c spine - Normal X ray PNS- Normal But X ray Styloid - *Elongated* Doctor says nerve pain. I have pain that comes beside hyoid bone and radiates to ear . Sir can anyone please say what could be the main reason this and why I have pain . I am attaching the x ray Styloid . Please help me understand the actual problem.

My father feel a small marble ball like thing just 3-4 cm above his anus from last 4 days. If we see it we can't see any swelling or nodules but If we touch it we feel like a small  marble ball like thing. If we press,it is very painful.

Hi dr, My wife, age 33, felt two small swelling on her foot near finger. She notice this all of sudden today. When i touched this swell, it felt like inside and she felt mild pain.
