I had done breast usg and its normal. bt i want to do mammography for sure about breast cancer but my gynec and radioloist told me its for age above 35yrs and not 30. why i cant do mammo? only usg is accurate or it may miss something that mammogram find?

I had my great toe nail removed.The cotton dressing is stuck to the wound.I soaked in water but very painful and cotton is not coming out.What should I do?should i do dressing on top of it or leave it?

My Left leg thumb nail right side edge pain..some time when I press the nail that is also having pain.. I consulted the orthopaedic doctor he said nail clean and put legs in hot salts water..but still non cure.. Please suggest what will be the cause of that pain and how to cure this

What is the imagine test for detect breast abnormality and find cancer? usg , mammogram or mri? i done google that says mammo is the golden detection. but dr says usg is sufficient. so kindly answer me to solve my doubt.

Its been a week since i got this inflammation in my feet on upper area ( attaching picture of leg ). Tried placing ice pack on the swelled area but no use . Currently on medication ( augmentin , chymoral forte, limcee , zerodol , pan 40 ). Dr examined ante explained there might be chance of skin infection also suggested to take an xray ( attached to this ) and told there is no infection spread to the bone. I don't have diabetes but HbA1c levels are 140 mg/dL .uric acid serum reports are also normal. Since its been a week after course completion of medication swelling hasn't been recovered. When walked for 10 to 15 mins swelling arising and with use of cold pack little of the swelling is lost . There was pain at the site of 2 nd toe now its gone . No pain as of now on its own but when pressed little bit of pain is felt . The site of swelling is  a little hot when compared to the other leg . Kindly suggest what measures has to be taken now . And what to do now to recover ?

Hello i had done usg breast .report are attach here. my concern is only usg is sufficient for detection breast cancer. many dr told that mammogram will be done after 40 year age. iam 30 now. so only is sufficient or more imaging i will have to perform? . i fear that if usg will not detect the abnormality than what can i do? and it will spread through. ? kindly help please
