What is the solution of post spinal anasthtesia headache and nausea?? What should I do when I sitting down or standing up my headache increases and when lying down on bed it gone slowly??

My usg breast report is normal after milkish bilateral , without spontaneous, multiduct discharge. do i need further investigation like mammogram or mri?

2 days ago my gallbladder surgery was done with spinal anaesthesia. I feel severe headache and nausea when sitting down or standing! After laying down its gone slowly, what is the reason please tell me 🥹🥹
