After fistula surgery

I have under gone fistula surgery on 20 July 2024 with fissure and internal hemorrhoids.
Spinal Anstisia.
First two days normal since day before yesterday night I am suffering from too much gas dairiah and dizziness and blurry vision after motion and dry mouth and tiredness.
