I have had fistula in ano operation 7days ago but still pus is draining what to do is it normal or something wrong

From some time im Palpabling something in that region like two tubes similar in the photo. Is it possible that to feel them. Or is it something else?

I had a small lump in left inguinal area of groin. The lump is deep inside the skin and is hard.It feels like a tube with a deep line in middle  similar to what i see in hernia images. But it is not changing postion whether im standing or not. I wanted to ask is hernia soft or hard to touch. Is it possible that it can be swollen artry or veins.

I had complete rectal prolapse, fissure in ano and sentinel pile. I want to go through starr surgery. I just want to ask is doing all three surgery at one time is possible. If yes what should be approx cost for the surgery.

Bleeding during defecate time & sometimes it comes in clotted form, generally there is no pain, but sometimes rarely I feel little bit pain in the middle part of stomach, but generally there is no pain, Bleeding much, & no much problem of constipation, & potty also ok, not hard, it is in liquid form generally,. Blood comes from inside. Not outside, there is no (massa) I feel, but bleeding much This problem is from 3-4 months??? Please help me sir & give best suggestion???

Is this piles or what. And what is that pink white thing at opening. Can piles be treated at home...
