Attached Photos of Right Leg Angle,  Don't know the reason for the cause but patient is facing severe Nerve pain near the wound / itching and sleep less nights. Slight swelling & Watery Apperance. What does mean report says, Incompetent perforator is seen over medial aspect in mid and lower leg, minimal amount of knee joint effusion on right side, Few tortuous dilated vascular channels are seen in right lower thigh region with suspicious mild increased echogenecity in surounding muscle fibre, I’m currently having swell on medial part on right leg It is dangerous or emergency?

My uncle was working in the factory and his 3 fingers has been crushed in the machine.He was taken to govt hospital and the doctor has cut those fingers till the crushed part.(half of the fingers are lost)Now the wounds are cleared.He is becoming dull by the sight of the hand now.
