My father is having Fitsula in ano and taken medication for past 3 months. There is 70% improvement and less burning. He wants to avoid operation during current situation and seeking permanent gradual relief. The current medications are as follows. Alfuzosin prolonged release tablet, Enzoflam, Xoxe250, Rabemac - DSR Please advise on diet and any home remedies to continue.
