Underarm pain

I observed pain in my underarm, after i check with my hands i can feel hard and round. Usually I'll get underarm pimples very oftenly. But this time it was big and more painful. I can't go to a doctor right now. Im attaching pic of my underarm. No breat lumps nor discharge Thank you.
