Last 2 year in my both stomach side two fatty small tumour in my left and right stomach. And other is my left jangh and other one is infront side of my spine. Before one year maine ultrasound karaya tha to doctor ne bola ki aapka liver pura fatty hai and or jo stomach ke upar tumour jo feel hota hai wo fatty hai exercise karne se sayad gal jaye. Doctor said that as it is just like a mole. Plsssss confirmed And help me plsssss.
