My wound is not healing for last three months. It started from a small cut. I am a diabetes patient nd sometimes i get swelling in my leg and it makes me unable to walk properly. Blood discharge from it and to prevent it i wear dressing all the time. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Doctor I am diagnosed by indirect inguinal hernia on left side. I am performing yoga asan since days now and the pain is completely gone. Its happened beacuse of constipation for long time. So now i am taking extreme care in my diet and have included fibers. Can i prevent surgery by following this procedure? If yes then which medicine can i take for abdominal wall strong?
