I feel like I have the need to clean my anus Inserting my finger into my anus In order to clean after pooping Do I need to do this ? Sometimes when I don't do it after some time I feel like I have the need to go do it somehow I can't stop Pls help

I am suffering from fisseres 4days back I had fisseres surgery but the skin on body like fisseres not cured

I am suffering from internal hemmoroids from last 2 years without any pain, sometimes there's no bleeding during defecation, but sometimes much bleeding, bleeding in liquid as well as in clotted form without pain Most important thing is that i feel that something is enternaly flowing down on my back from top of the back to the bottom of back(during bleeding days), otherwise no feelings, 2nd thing is blood comes in clotted form also, From Colonoscopy it is confirmed that it's internal hemmoroids, Please tell me what's this special type of feeling on my back, How will it be cure??? 🙏🙏🙏

Dear sir, I am facing breathing difficulties and backache in lower rips from few months. This problem I m facing alternative few days. Few days ago I was suffered from covid. My wife is undergoing treatment of antibiotics for acute pancreatitis Pain n fever goes away when on medication But we are worried about pancreas lesion and gallbladder surgery Here i am attaching ultrasound reports of date 29 may n 1 june 21 Our doctr saying after 6 weeks it will check for lesion if its size not increased then will do gallbladder surgery lapro But if anything with lesion then will do drain lesion and gallbladder surgery side by side. We hav trust on our doctr but asking queries here for second opinion. Thanks in advance

Hi dr I get very large lumpy stools I am constipated I poop alternate day The stool looks like many small stools joined together At the end when I really want to poop badly and my anus is full of it I feel poking sensation and heaviness inside the anus part as if stool is poking me Is the skin there very sensitive ? And is the lumpy stool poking me Other than that no complaints Normal pattern Heathy Pls respected doctors reply help me please

Asking for my mother 58years old,she gave support to her right hand while getting up from the floor pressed hardly it seems now she is having more pain couldn't shake her thumb fingure inside the palm muscles got swelled up..Please suggest any pain balm or something as first aid.No bleeding and no fracture as we see..TIA.

Hello Doctor My relative (age 36)tested positive on  16 th may that time his RTPCR  CT value was 25.02 and had very mild symptoms. Then he took all medicines prescribed by Doctor and was quarantined in separate room. Today he did corona test again and result came positive , RTPCR CT value is 30.45 and having no symptoms or problem except very mild cough. His oxygen level is also normal. Does he need to be qurantined again?  And any test (D-Dimer)need to be done? Please suggest Thanks in advance
