Asking for my mother 58years old,she gave support to her right hand while getting up from the floor pressed hardly it seems now she is having more pain couldn't shake her thumb fingure inside the palm muscles got swelled up..Please suggest any pain balm or something as first aid.No bleeding and no fracture as we see..TIA.

A boils is seen just above the anus it seems for 4 days ago, now it is blust and bleeding.it does not occur in previous.i also attached a photo of the affected area. Plss give me a prescription.

Hello Doctor My relative (age 36)tested positive on  16 th may that time his RTPCR  CT value was 25.02 and had very mild symptoms. Then he took all medicines prescribed by Doctor and was quarantined in separate room. Today he did corona test again and result came positive , RTPCR CT value is 30.45 and having no symptoms or problem except very mild cough. His oxygen level is also normal. Does he need to be qurantined again?  And any test (D-Dimer)need to be done? Please suggest Thanks in advance

Sir i have fissure problem last 20 days it is paining a lot whole day after passing stool ..i am taking sitz bath and using dilizesic 2/ however this problem is very old about 8 year it healed again active .my stool sometime become vry hard and mostly very loose .. I am non allegric i want to avoid surgery in covid time plz suggest some medicine ...In 2018 i have consulted in aiims delhi they said it is healing and suggest diltigesic ..currently i am using lox 2perent diltigesic2percent and paracetamol and isbgol husk
