I tried to do a rectal exam by myself as I have constipation I put my finger inside up to a point that I reached a place where I had to push hard and it' was closed but on touching it opened and I could feel the ring like shape of the surface in full angle 360 degree I like to read medical articles online and since lockdown have not Moved out of the house so I tried doing this Did I reach the rectum ? I read a similar question on Practo asked by someone and a dr replied it was the rectum Please can you tell me what is that I reached that pointwith around 2.5 to 3 inches of my finger Thank you

Hello Doctor, I have inguinal hernia from last 1 year, and I know that I have to undergo surgery, currently my inguinal hernia is into canal and very painful. Hi I'm having right  shoulder pain for like 2 years now. I did do exercise to relax but nothing change. When I do some work it doesn't feel pain or tired but when I stay still and rest it feel pain not that very pain but kind of tired. Now upon looking and compare my left and right hand my right is little bit small compare to left.. And now my right leg also started the same tiredness. So any doctor who is here to help me? I have Lipomas are harmless, fatty tumors that can form under the skin. It is usually painless but for the past 15 days I am having some pain in my  thigh  I am thinking of surgically remove a lipoma if my pain continue other symptoms after this covid pendicmic. FNAC test report attached Question I have are.. 1) is there any medication treatment without surgery. 2) How much time it require with medication 3) Why I am having pain just below lipoma region. .
