Small fissure in ano unbearable pain
My father age 50 diabetic ..have a small fissure in ano...on medication from 3 days  of antibiotics and sitz bath but no relief and also unbearable pain now... Doctor says surgery not required still how many days we have to see to reduction in pain? After how many days surgery is recommended?
