1. Prevent constipation use osmotic laxatives. Do not take any fiber supplements
2. Chemical sphincterotomy in which ointment containing Diltiazem or Nifidepine along with anesthetic gel lidocaine, which relaxes the anal sphincter and heals the fissure.
