Hi,
For the last 1 year I am suffering from painful bowel movement with blood in the stool regularly. Also I have burning sensation in penis after bowel movement. I consulted a general surgeon around August and he did a anoscopy and diagnosed me with Grade 2 Piles. I was prescribed Daflon 500 course for 15 days while the condition improved for a bit the bleeding hasn't stopped and it occurs once in a while even after I made the dietary changes he suggested. Today was another episode of bleeding. Also the pain in anus and penis is still there. Can and should I take one more course of Daflon 500mg?

You need to be examined by a surgeon again. Piles usually don't cause pain... Except for external piles. Based on your complaints you get likely have anal fissure with or without piles. Both need to be treated. You also likely have urinary tract infection which needs to be taken care of.
