Is it safe daflon 1000mg two times a day
Hi, I have been diagnosed with grade 2 piles. Doctor prescribed daflon 1000mg twice ( morning and evening) and applying cremagel-L twice a day ( morning and evening) and taking sitz bath with 10ml betadin for 2 times a day. Is it safe to use  1000mg daflon. Is it ok or is the dosage more. Should I use 500mg instead.

For grade 2 hemorrhoids, I would recommend initial conservative treatment. 1. High fiber diet 2. Plenty of fluids, avg 1 liter for every 20 kg weight 3. Exercise 30 mts x 5/week 4. Avoid constipation. Take laxatives like lactose or PEG solution 5. Avoid straining at stools 6. Do not spend more than 3 to 5 mts in toilet. No paper, magazines, or phone in the toilet 7. Sitz bath plain 2-3 x daily. Sit for five mts in a tub of warm water 8. Tab Daflon 1000mg once daily for 2 months 9. Oint Crema Ano, anometrogyl, Sucral ano is applied thrice daily inside the anus 10. Regular eating time
Next Steps
if bleeding persists, go for office procedures like sclerotherapy or rubber band ligation
Health Tips
