Does HIV really dies in the air when it hits the air ? Are there any conclusive evidences which proves that HIV doesn't stay active on surface or in atmosphere for more than 30 seconds or 1 minute ? On the other hand  there are some researches that found the ability of hiv to be infectious for upto 7 days even in dry state but none concrete findings on the case of hiv being inactive after 30 seconds . Which one is true , how and why ?

My sister has 2 gall stones of 5-6 mm and her doctor suggested for removal of gallbladder..how many days we need to be hospitilized after a laproscopic removal.

I have a swollen lymph node, My doctor did the needle biopsy but didn't tell us very much. Now he is saying that I need yo remove the lymph node. Please see this report that I've attached and explain what's it means. Do I really need to go for operation ? Can it be treated with antibiotics ?
