I have a swollen lymph node, My doctor did the needle biopsy but didn't tell us very much.
Now he is saying that I need yo remove the lymph node.
Please see this report that I've attached and explain what's it means.
Do I really need to go for operation ?

The needle biopsy report doesn't show any fearing report, you may wait and watch.
The node may not regress with Antibiotics or else may regress on its own. Are you having fever or pain at lymph node??
But sometimes needle biopsy report may be inappropriate and an excision biopsy is always welcomed. So the decision is to be taken by you how you want to proceed.

Lymph node in thigh , drains the leg , see for infective foci in the leg , may be nail infection or so on . Also some scotalbinfection or urinary tract infection can cause swollen lymph nodes .with superadded infection
if fever is there start antibiotics , get lymphnode removed if swelling is painfull and if it increases in size
