Cervical lymph node swelling
From 10 days my cervical lymph node is swollen (lump is there) and i am having 5 mouth ulcer and ons on lip, my lips are chapped. I've consulted general physician, he prescribed me augmentin 375 , after taking it for week I didn't notice any difference. What should i do? Is this something to worry? Why is this happening? I'll be very grateful for your answer. (Pic attached)

First start treating mouth ulcer .
Then start with antibiotics.
Need further history/examination to look for any lesion in oral cavity
