Hii dr few days back i took the medicine for cervical pain now last few days I m suffering heartburn problem so how to overcome with this issues.

Recently have applied for term insurance and that company asked me go under check up I have the reports. Could you review it.

My sgpt level is 43 and sgot level is 53. Is this level dangerous. Kindly suggest medication and alternative treatment.

Dear Doctor I have upper stomach pain from a week ,I consulted general physician near our locality they told that may be a duodenal ulcer and prescribed the attached medication. But I still have a pain from morning Please prescribe tablet for pain relief.

I have a 2.9 mm polyp in gall bladder Actually I had a bit pain on left back and left groin and had corona few days back and after that a throat infection which was resolved within 7 days under proper medication .now I just had a small back pain and sometimes a bit pain in chest and back muscle on the left side .So went for a USG and found this Is it's risk and what to do in follow up

Colonoscopy reports say superficial rectal ulcers, proctosigmoiditis,caecal patch noted.STILL Bleeding PR AFTER DAY 5 ,40 MG PREDNISOLONE AND ENTOFOAM ENEMA TWICE DAILY. FECAL CALPROTECTIN 147. PASSAGE OF STOOLS ONCE / DAY. NO OTHER SYMPTOMS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW LONG SHOULD STEROIDS TAKE TO WORK?

I have been prescribed prednisolone 40 mg OD for ulcerative colitis. I HAVE PR BLEED. today is day 5 of taking steroids along with mesacol and entofoam enema. Took mesacol since 20 th November. Bleeding has not stopped. No other symptoms. I pass stools once daily. How long will steroids take to work? Please advise.

As she s suffering from acidity problem so getting migraine from that and heavy pickaps not able to any food.. Stomach bloating chest burning... Please do suggest

Gall bladder is normal in size with multiple echogenic foci of 2mm to 3mm with comet tail shadowing attached to GB wall. Gas pass and belly size bit bigger

My sgpt(alt) is 57u/l .HDL is 45 normal range is >65. Normal range is upto 41u/l . Usg,kft,lipid profile and other enzymes in lft are normal.is there any issue .kindly help.
