I take pentocid HP kit for 6 days and always I get loose motion...anything worry about that? Can I continue to take my medicine? What can I do for prevent the loose motion? Please suggest

My brother is an alcoholic and recently he has been consuming alcohol daily and exceeds the consumption limit. I have attached his liver profile test report from last year. He has also not been taking medication. Please check the report and advise on the further course of treatment

While doing an ultrasound check up due to irregular menstrual cycle I found out that I have grade 1 fatty liver. Findings is as follows. Liver- measures 13.9 cm. Echogenicity is increased.The portal vein caliber is within normal limits. There's no intrahepatic biliary dilatation seen.No evidence of any focal lesion seen in the liver.CBT at the porta is of normal caliber. I am not a person who is a junk fud lover,i eat limitedly.not over weight. Then how did I got this fatty liver? I was on isotretinoin in 2019 for 3 months and now I am again on that medication since last two months I have to take it two more months too.. did I got this because of this medicine? I am a person who have taken various medicines from birth to till now for various reasons.. coz I had low immunity so I always struggled with my health. Does it happen becoz of all the medicine I have taken my entire life? How can I reverse it? 29 yrs old-165 cm height-62 kg weight..

I just want to know why my hpyloti infection is not going?? I took two times HP kit and antacids. Now also I am taking antacids. Still inhabe dese bloating why is not going it been long. I feel my lower right abdomen is heavy and big, sometimes I feel like all stool is stuck there and thus I also feel I am pooping from right side itself.for every 2-3 hours i feel gas and something moving in that part I have hernia. I am worried.please help.
