I always feel bloating after eating meals and drinking tea and water. From morning symptoms start and it become very high in night after meals. I feel swelling in my upper abdomen. But when I pass stools in morning after waking up, my bloated stomach disseapear and becomes flat. What could be reason for this ?

Hello, I ve been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, biopsy and colonoscopy confirmed.the only complaint I had was PR bleed I ve been taking prednisolone 40 mg OD , mesacol OD , ENTOFOAM ENEMA twice DAILY.. TODAY IS THE 18TH Day. i have been given meds for a monthThe bleeding has reduced , as in no drops of blood stains the toilet water.How ever the stool is streaked WITH BLOOD. please advise what to do. How do I know if the steroids are adequately working or not? Shouldn't the bleeding have stopped by now?

Frequent blood from poop. Usually it goes away after 1-2 days then after 2-3 months it appears again. Recently observed really heavy blood in poop. Got an ultrasound and there were few concretions of size ranging 2.1 mm to 2.5 mm in bilateral collection system. Is this even related? What should be done?

My mother, aged 60 is suffering from severe liver cirrhosis. She has been taking medicine under doctor's consultation. Very often her stomach swells and gets filled with water. We got the accumulated water removed 2 months back and now again she is uncomfortable with swollen stomach. We also got protein injected in her body as her protein is also low. But her main problem now is swollen stomach which is not allowing her to have a normal life. What shall we do?
