Biopsy report attached
My husband feels too bloated and feels unsatisfied with the bowel movement entire day even after he eats only salads fruits and water like veggies with no spices in it. Veggies only like lauki tauri tinda kaddu parmal and no other veggies but he still feels this issue. He was diagnosed with melanosis coli and HPylori earlier for which he undertook the treatment prescribed but he has started feeling more trouble now.
Got endoscopy done again and biopsy also. Attaching both reports for review.

Report shows lax OG junction for which he have to do something.
Some medical and might be some surgical option can be look out for this problem.
