I have gall stones, pls suggest what symptoms i should look for to go ahead with gall bladder Removal surgery. Attaching my USG report

I am 30 years of age and i am obese. My friend went for fibroscan as he used to drink a lot so I thought to give a try and then i went for scan in which i found my fibroscan was 7.3 with normal lft. The man who was doing scan told that's okay range but u need to focus on weight and stop alcohal which i do sometimes. I only want to know is early stage fibrosis reversible if i change my diet and loss weight According to my local doctor this is nothing to worry but just need to take care of diet and exercise with few medicines...help me pls...I already wanted tons of money finding whether it is reversible or not

After recovering from covid Does it trigger GERD or IBS problems.????? As earlier I was having hpylori eradication still taking med Meva c and rifagut 400. Kindly please reply

Hi, am having hyper acidity since past one week. Taking pan 40 twice a day but it's not getting resolved. Have burning sensation in Lower part of stomach and also feeling fullness. Do feel hungry after 6 hours or so. Feeling acidity mainly after eating food

I had constipation yesterday and after that hemorrhoids sizee increased and it created pain in sitting and walking too..by midnight size decrease as it moved back inside om it's own but again in morning after passing stool size increased pain is there. Kindly suggest something to relieve the pain. Not even able to do my daily work too.

I am currently taking Librax twice daily due to excessive bloating at night. But I have realised it makes me sleepy. Can I change my dosage to just one a day i.e before dinner and skip the morning dose to avoid feeling lethargic in the morning? Please help
