My father is having motion problem, no BP no Sugar, unable to pass motion properly from past one week

Problem 1 I am not able to clear my stools properly.It sticks at my entire anus and i feel i still have some stool left in my rectum. After my bowel movement it becomes very annoying for me to clear my stools from my anus and rectum,anyhow i clear it But in evening around 7pm i always see something is pinching my anus and when i check i find some stools in my anus which is causing discomfort. This problem persists from 30 days Also i have some abdomen pain and last 3 days my stool are liquid and my stomach is upset 2 I have been diagnosed with internal hamerroids in sigmoidoscopy. But i Don't have any symptoms like pain or bledding. Only there is swelling 7-8cm inside my anus and sometimes (rarely) i feel some discomfort.this problem I noticed from 15 days. I follow the strict and heathy diet from past 20days but no recovery.what is the main problem? I have meet gasterologist but  not relieved Plz help me. I m 34 years old..i have tenderness in lower abdominal area sometime i feel near naval sometimes feel lower right side and left side my usg is normal ESR,CBC,TSH are normal..i feel bitter taste of mouth..what should i do..please help doctors

Hi doctors, From last one month, i am having alternative soft ( or loose stool) time to time. Sometime, it is hard.but some time soft like curd. I am attaching my stool. I know it is kot good. But i want to know if this stool is normal or not. Please suggest. I have done abdominal ultrasound , cbc , esr and crp. All are normal. I feel bloating suddenly and feel like going loo. Feel better after passing motion. Please suggest if anything serious like colon cancer or collitos. I do not have pain or any blood in stool so far.

What are the causes of mesenteric lymphadenopathy in usg ultrasound report mentioned that   ( ** Multiple subcentimeter mesenteric lymphnodes noted in RIF & peri umbilical region with short axis diameter measuring 5mm **) my doctor no told any thing clearly can any one tell clearly occasionally I get pain no other symptoms.

23 male. 66kg 5'8 height I am a healthy skinny guy with a pot belly (skinny fat). Over the past 1 year I have developed intolerance to outside food. I rarely eat outside food, and whenever I do i get belching and burp non stop (for hours on end), so much that it pains in chest. Pantoprazole and Omeprazole helps a lot. Even when i miss a meal this happens. Just want to know why is my stomach so fragile ? Other than burping and belching no complaints. My diet is relatively simple with little to no outside food.

My mom is 48 years and was having constipation issues since years. From last two weeks she was having diarrhea. Despite having medication, it did not go away totally(1-2 times a day now and liquid poop). She went to a gastroenterologist and he suggested to go for whole stomach ultrasound(reports are normal) some stool test and serum CEA. I saw on Google that serum CEA is a test for cancer. So is she a cancer suspect? I am very worried I am attaching the prescription for better evaluation.

Hi sir, I have to put pressure while pooping ,it causes pain while pooping and also after that,I don't have habit to go to poop in afternoon, but from the last 1 month I went to poop in afternoon after completing my meal that too i drink water after half an hour complete my meal then i have feeling to go to poop that too it happens like if i poop today netx it happens every other day afternoon i don't know why it is happening like that.Before 1year iam suffering from fissures it and i suffered a lot with that.it also recurring now from past 1month.Iam also taking treatment to hiatus hernia and gerd now. Please tell me sir why iam suffering like this??. What is the cause??i don't have sleep properly from 1month?
