I am suffering with dry cough due to acid reflux. My local doctor suggested pantaprazole + levosulpiride tablet. At my childhood i had seizures and used oxetol and now stopped. Can I use levosulpiride tablet? Or only pantaprazole enough?

I already take treatment one year ago and it will cured at that time , now again since 3 month I suffer same issues and my weight is also very low

Hi 15 days back I undergone sinus surgery at 12 o clock position and stricturoplasty for post stappled haemorrhoidectomy stricture . Now I'm facing fecal incontinence and passing 6-7 times motion per day . I'm not able to control my poop how to control plz suggest me

What reason for my disease What are the causes of mesenteric lymphadenopathy in usg ultrasound report mentioned that   ( ** Multiple subcentimeter mesenteric lymphnodes noted in RIF & peri umbilical region with short axis diameter measuring 5mm **) my doctor not told any thing clearly can any one tell clearly . occasionally I get pain in RIF region and back pain no other symptoms.

I had endoscopy it shows that 40cms,lax sphincter, mucosal prolapse+...is it big hernia? or small hernia.?

It's almost2 years I'm facing acid reflux problem n it is going permanently by lifestyle changes and lots of medication ...my all report s r normal barium swallow is also normal ..what should I do now?

Good morning sir My wife is now sixth month after baby delivery. Last two days she is facing pain in stomach from belly button to left side upward and to left shoulder and left chest. Does famotidine raise blood pressure? My mil after taking this medicine her bp is high and she is having headaches and dizziness. Is it ok to take this tablet

I already have a grade 2 fatty lever and abnormal values in the LFT report(attached). I met a cardio doctor for cholesterol and bp issue. He advised me to continue concor 2.5mg for bp and take rosuvas 5mg for cholesterol. Is it safe to take with liver problem? Please advice. And also he advised me to take Sompraz D40 for ulcer(already diagnosed in the past through endoscopy) for one month.
