Hi My father got a pain few days back at that time he got a pain in abdomen and back So we admit him in the hospital got acute pancreatitis due to bile duct stones and multiple stones in gall baldder after that doctor do some test in that test we find a jaundice , and cbd stone 4mm and multiple stone in gall bladder His full abdomen swells Lipase were 520 and amylase were 1739 and sugar is 219 , bilirubin is 2.20 after that they do test everyday in which we saw everything is come to nearly normal so today 20/04/2022 (after 3 days) Reports are bilirubin is 1.58 Serum amylase is 80 Fasting sugar is 89 ( doctor stop to check sugar as it always comes to normal) doctor advised to do ERCP for bile duct stone removal and check for MPD dilation on head , neck and proximal body i.e 4mm in measure I'm worry about it. Please tell me Please

Hello sir I am who asked about stress ok sir actually it started in December I found little blood drops in stool so I was stressed for about a week thinking about big problem then I showed to a doctor he look and diagnosed fissure since then I noticed my stool Everytime normally I found little mucus in stool and I read that mucus in stool is abnormal so I was stressed for about 2 months regarding my stool yesterday I talk to my doctor he told nearly every people have some mucus in stool and you are stressed that's why your bowel function may deflect so nothing to worry is he right sir or I need investigation please tell

Gallbladder is contracted, WES sign positive with multiple small echogenic foci-s/o calculi less than 5 mm size, cbd calliber 5.6 mm no calculus seen. GB intraluminal multiple small calculi. No pain or any symptoms. Please suggest treatment.

I recently did my LFT. The results came back as follows a few of which had elevated levels: 1. S. Bilirubin (Total) - 1.2 mg/dl 2. SGPT (ALT) - 49.0 U/L 3. SGOT (AST) - 26.0 U/L 4.ALK.PHOSPHATASE - 131.0 U/L 5.TOTAL PROTEIN - 7.4 g/Dl 6. ALBUMIN - 4.8 g/Dl 7. GLOBUMIN - 2.6 g/dl 8.A/G RATIO- 1.8 I drink alcohol on alternate days which has been for many years. Not a regular smoker though. Any suggestions please.

I'm suffering from Erosive gastritis with GERD , it's been 1 month , but my major doubt is while I'm pooping blood stool is coming, is it serious or common for gastritis. Before 1 week I have seen randomly , but from last week onwards daily I'm seeing blood in my stool, can you tell me the reasons.

Sir My mother is already taking medicine for diabetes and blood pressure, as well as cholesterol, but for about 1 month now she has stomach ache and when she eats food, she also has stomach ache.And she doesn't even like to eat food.
