Is this endoscopy report very serious..Barrett esophagus confirmed?does this report clear about Barrett esophagus or need biopsy result to confirm?

I started feeling pain during defecation one week ago (Starting Sunday, 8 May). On 9th May, I felt excruciating pain. I took Acceclo MR for the pain relief and started using Hadensa ointment. Slowly situation improved. I was taking 1 tab everyday. I didn't need to use Acceclo MR on Sunday and Monday (14 & 15 May). However, I started feeling excruciating pain again today. Also, so far there was no or negligible blood in the stool; however today there was significant amount of blood in the stool. Do I need to worry much. I was told that it heals on its own slowly, but it has already been 10 days.

Already for the patient bypass has done before 21 days .after the operation of bypass they have detected with gall bladder stone 12.1*8.4mm and noted at lumen of neck reason and also detected with 9 mm stone in kindney . What would be the solution for problem

Hi doctor, I am having ibs like symtoms since two months. Soft stool ( not diahera). I started treatment for IBS two month back and symtoms has improved. But i have not done any tests to confirm IBS. I have done CBC, esr, crp , ultrasound and stool analysis. How can I confirm if i have ibs or something else ?? Do i need to go for colonoscopy to get confirm or there is other way ?? Please suggest. I am scared of coloscopy due to cancer phobia.

I am suffering from Gerd currently on PPI. Now a days phlegm is forming in my throat and need to clear frequently. Every morning I get brown phlegm as attached in pic. I don't have cough or breathing problem. Is it due to gerd ? Please help

Good morning. My father age 51,non alcoholic and non smoker, suffering from fatty liver stage 3 Since 1 year. We're eating foods with excessive amount of mustard oil . Our cook always pour more oil while cooking. Which is bad for my father . Can you please suggest best oil for fatty liver stage 3, which will not make his disease worse anymore??
