Already for the patient bypass has done before 21 days .after the operation of bypass they have detected with gall bladder stone 12.1*8.4mm and noted at lumen of neck reason and also detected with 9 mm stone in kindney . What would be the solution for problem

Hi, looks like acute calculus cholecystitis. He needs PCD ( per cutanious drainage ) of Gall bladder for acute condition,followed by Laparoscopic removal of gall bladder
