How much time it takes to to get a report of stool culture and sensitivity test and can this test detect h.phylori???

Experiencing pain in middle of abdomen since last 3 days. I did my ultrasound and was diagnosed with Moderate Hepatomegaly with grade 2/3 fatty liver. Also dis my LFT. My SGPT is 161 and SGOT is 78. Kindly advice future course of action. Reports attached. My weight is 82 kgs.

I had Fistulectomy/Fissure/Piles all together and got operated on last week. It has been 8 days The discharge is still there from the wound site. And it's in bloody color now. Is it normal? Getting some extreme burning(below tail bone, not on wounds) after applying lignocaine hydrochloride gel. Couldn't sit properly. Can I do something better than 3 sitz bath and keeping my wound dry from my side?

I was feeling unwell having a chest...doctor got my lft , ultrasound and fibroscan done... ultrasound showed hepatomegaly(19.3cm) grade 1 fatty liver and fibroscan showed a score of 8.3 kPa...i have attached my lft report...is this reversible...and please suggest me what can i do

Hi doctor , I am ibs partner and occasionally face loose stool ( not diarrhea). I am hypochondriac anxieties patient also and keeping going to toilet to check if blood is coming or not. I have seen 3-4 episode of blood 1 month back and then I went to twice stool occult test which both came negative Because of fear, again I started checking, and saw blood strikes in stool with mucus. I am attaching picture. I am really scared Is this much blood comes in colon cancer?? My age 32. Please suggest

Have GERD from last 4-5 years taking PPI when I feel there is hurtburn , I don't have any disease my liver kidney function normal , I Have intermittent stomache pain it's like in 3 month there is 1 episode of constant stabbing pain which last 5-6 hours and automatically resolved after 6-7 hours but it will happen in every 3 months interval sometimes less , so my question is what causes bad breath even good dental hygiene is there any way to solve this issue I visited lots of doctors but GI doctor said it's dental issue when I visit dental he said your dental hygiene is good and no treatment required , does is there any way to fix this issue my bad breath is very strong it's spread all room when I enter people just start to stare me & yawning scraping there chins sniffing while staring to me ,i done endoscopy I don't have hital hernia , is there any test medicine which cure this condition I am very tired to dealing with this please don't give generic advice
