I went for routine checkup ...my sgpt levels have increased( 8 months back it was around 75) I have started weight loss plan which I am planning to achieve gradually. I have attached the report also. I want to know if i should go for weight loss and healthy diet or it is risky situation and i have to consult a doctor urgently?

पिछले तीन सालों से सुबह में मुझे दो बार टॉयलेट जाना पड़ता हैं।एक बार में पेट साफ नहीं होता हैं।दूसरी बार जाने से पहले 1लीटर पानी पीना पड़ता हैं।तब जा के पेट साफ होता हैं।इसके बावजूद तेज भूख और प्यास नहीं लगती हैं।आज से तीन साल पहले एक बार में पेट साफ हो जाता था और टॉयलेट जाने के एक घंटा के अंदर अगर कुछ नहीं खाता था तो बैचेनी हो जाती थी। प्लीज एडवाइज।

Doctor just a doubt. Since 1 month I have this. My stools are normal in the morning but following to the same stool I get loose stools not watery just loose stool. Only once. Am confused y this is happening. I am taking probiotics also. No blood in stool. Sometime just slight abdominal pain. I just want to know y am having this loose stool only once in the morning everyday after my Normal stool

IBS ruining my life. I controlled my diet and having good habits. It's still making me suffer. Even cancer have treatment but why not for IBS. This disease is worst and making a person quality of life low. please suggest any advanced medicines.
