Will I be able to see any swelling in Intestine if I've Intestine Tumor? Will swelling be visible in Ultrasound?

I have 4 to 5 gallstones, largest 12 mm ,9mm,8mm ...should I opt for operation ( gall bladder) removal ,will it cause problems in future. If I will not go for operation, what will happen ?

I feel bloating stomach frequently and mostly in nights. I am unable to sleep in nights due to bloating  stomach. After I walk for sometime I am getting burps and I feel better

Good noon sir / madam, suddenly am having very sharp stabbing kind of pain left side under my breast area nd i feel uneasy in stomach no fever, no vomiting pain followed by uneasy stomach nd pain radiating from below breast area to upwards until armpit .very extremely i feel pls is it worrisome

Sigmoid Colon polyp was removed by  endoloop process  after 25 days of removal the right side of lower abdomen feels bloated and it burning sensation occurs and feels gas and indigestion taking veloz d regularly

From last 4 to 5 days i am having loose and floating stool ,sometimes it's normal ..but Max times it's loose and floating For the same reason 3 months ago I have done Stool routine test - normal (fat globules Absent) Colonoscopy - normal Endoscopy - normal CT - SCAN - normal Lipase was 119 but Dr said it is non significant So what could be the reason for loose and floating stool ? Plz answer .

Hi doc My mother got diagnosed with oesophagus stricture and acidity ulceration. Got one balloon treatment in april 2019. These days again it has reappeared amd blockage is severe. Food is getting stucked and sometimes even liquid also. Pls suggest . Regards

Hello sometimes after eating fast food I have so much gastric and pain and feel relax after emptying bowel and sometimes it cause loose motions 2 sometimes after food I feel stomach burning and heat and that times if I have gastric I feel lazy,sleepy and yawn So tell me exact problem and medicine for it
