I want to show reports of blood, USG and Endoscopy. Need clarification on the seriousness of the desease and cure of it.

I am suffering from heartburn,  duodenitis, IBS and colitis( diagnosed from Upper and lower endoscopy) and taking mesalamine , PPI and probiotics.. however not getting much relief so I want to try Ayush homeopathy...can I take homeopathy and allopathy together for same disease ?

So i have been having a back pain past 5-6days at night only aftr sleeping and as it gets dawn the pain goes and its a bit above the lower back so is it like because of gastric or?? Any suggestions or is it because of sitting posture or anything else? As i work in BPO so i take calls sitting whole day. And i had this issue before also like before i use to work also so not sure if its because of work.

Hello doctor. Iam diabetic from 6 years. Taking gluconorm g 1 & Aten 50 tablet s. From 4 months iam suffering from mild stomach discomfort & restlessness, & occassional heart burn which is mostly in empty stomach. What is the reason of this. Please answer

After recovering from typhoid i ate meat and after that my stomach hurts and there is gas in my stomach. I feel fatigue and weakness.

I am having lot of flatulence. In the evening time i am passing lot of gas..mostly smelly farts..so doc has prescribed me flatuna. Today morning i passed stool two times..last stool that i passed had lot of black strakes in it mixed me normal stool. Is it normal ? Is it bcz of flatuna tab ? Flatuna tab has Simethicone and Activated Charcoal. Is it bcz of tab ?

Hello, I ate outside food for a month as I was working in mumbai, new job. One day I felt very hungry but I was unable to eat anything. Whatever I was eating was coming out as vomit & high fever. I saw my urine Color to be dark brownish. went to doctor and he asked me for a LFT test. The reports came: Bilrubin total - 12.2 Bilrubin direct - 4.8 Bilrubin indirect -7.40 SGOT-879 SGPT-1184. I took the first flight & came to my home town and got hospitalized in Tata main hospital. Next day my LFT report came: Bilrubin total - 4.88 Bilrubin direct - 4.8 Bilrubin indirect -0.8 SGOT- 2068 SGOT- 5007 Took hepatitis b &C test ( negetive) However hospital mentioned acute hepatitis on discharge which I took voluntarily cos I was feeling scared. Ultrasound abdomen ( normal) After 10 days again LFT report: Bilrubin total - 1.46 Bilrubin direct - 1.33 Bilrubin indirect -0.03 SGOT-47.3 SGPT-199 Alkaline phosphate - 215 I took ursodeoxycholic acid 300X2 & vit E. what is happening with me ? I am scared

Husband diagnose with nash in 2018..till than he was on diet n medication. In 2021 dr says it reversed in fatty liver so we stop seeing dr..some day earlier we had his routine checkup where we found out his elevated left and high sugar 211 after food..we did a scan of his liver which is showing grade 1 fibrosis and 67%fat ...what should we do..is it ok?
