Hi, I am experiencing weight loss without any reason, my weight was 60 kg in aug 2021 and now it's 53 kg. My diet is good and also done all blood test and usg, all looks good. So what is the reason for weightloss which speciality doctor need to be consult. Also my vitamin b12 is not increasing/low.1-2 year back it's 189 .i have taken supplement however now it's 165.even I have good diet it's not increasing. Also same with hba1c, 1 year back it was 5.7..then I have stop eating sweets.. However now it's 5.9 .. Fasting sugar is fine. So not getting reasons for low vitamin b12 and high hba1c.. Not having any symptoms or weekness. So please advise what may be reason and which speciality need to be consulted
