My mother was diagnosed with paraesophageal hernia 2 yrs before from CT scan report . After medication she had no abdominal pain. Now after 2 yrs she is having heat burn (she lies down within 1hr after eating). She has no problem in swallowing but burning sensation from throat to chest. Is it serious?. Can u suggest permanent solution to resolve this problem like heart burn from gerd?

Does cause of back pain is seen in the CT scan of abdomen. Why and where is the cause if that pain??

Already did 3 opertions utreus completely removed again she is suffering with hernia Is operation advisable? Attached the report

I was diagnosed with Gerd. I always had a lump like feeling in deep throat. took Pantop DSR for 10 days. Symptoms relieved by 60%. Sometimes it goes away completely then other time it comes back again however intensity of pain and lump like feeling has decreased. Please suggest should I continue the medicine.

I am having excess Gas issue from last 2 years. Sometimes having burping or sometimes farting. Having occasional pain in chest, lower left side of cheat or sometimes right side of abs. These pains eased after walk or releasing the gas. Headache. From last 3 months changed my breakfast to museli daily in morning and walk for 10 minutes right after eating. Bowl habits has also been changed.

Feeling a gurgling/growling feeling in left side of my chest and stomach from past 10 days. Frequent belching/burping and frequent bowel movements is also there. Did Blood screening for Diabetes, Lipid Profile, ECG, Echo & TMT - all came normal. Taking Domperidone(30mg)+Pantoprazole(40mg) from 10 days but to no use. Kindly suggest the problem?
