I have an external hammeroid. I don't have any pain, no bleeding. I can only feel a lump around my anus. I applied Smuth cream, but after the application, i felt a little irritation in the application site. I read on internet that chemical based creams such as Smuth have side effects and also has steroids that can thin the skin. So i do not want to apply any chemical based creams. Can i apply Himalaya Pilex cream as it is Ayurvedic? Does it work in cases like mine? Will it have any side effects? Can i take 1 tablet of Pilex along with the application of the cream? Is the product effective?

Hi Doctor, My mother has liver cirrhosis problem and having ascites. Last three days she is unable to eat properly. Always sleeping and looks fatigue. My doctor said her condition is getting worsen. For almost  15 years, my Bilirubin count was high. 20 years back, got Hepatitis C with total Bilirubin count went upto- 40. Recently taken blood test and still the counts are high. Total- 2.82, Direct- 0.41 & Indirect- 2.41. Following Vegetarian diet. What could be the cause of this elevated Bilirubin? What are the other tests can be taken out to rule out this issue?
