Hi, My father is been going through irregular bowl movement (constipation) for many years (almost 13 years). He was CABG operated 13 years ago. His medications are Nikoran OD 10, Cardivas CR 10, Aquazide 25, Conchol-C 10, Ivabratco 5 and Cremalax 10mg. Is there anything to be adjusted to stop Cremalax intake daily?

Total biliburin 1.13 and direct biliburin 0.75. 1. Is it okay or there is problem specially with direct bilib value? 2. If there is any problem, what could be done to rectify it. 3. I take atomoxetine 18mg, my psychiatrist described report as normal but gave me udiliv 300mg everyday as a precautionary measure, but i dont get the idea of precautionary measure with allopathic medicines. 4. Please guide.

Earlier I had fissure due to hard stool so doctor prescribed me pegclear for soft stool. Now other doctor prescribed me looz syrup . Does looz works for constipation as I am afraid that again hard stool will occur ??? He prescribed me 10 ml Should I take 20 ml? Does looz syrup work effectively in making soft stool as I am having hypothyroidism ?

Hello Doctor, My had the viral fever one month back. After this he is continuous complaining about burp after food. Mean he is saying that burp is not coming , feeling vomit etc. Because of this he has reduced his appetite also.i have visited to pediatrician also he checked and said that nothing major issue. I vomited blood (coffee brown) week ago and had pain in upper right abdomen ultrasound says hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration grade 1. I  went to gastroenterologist he prescribed medicines for 15 days and suggested LSM at his clinic. LFT and blood sugar test is normal. What could be the cause for blood vomit? Should I go for LSM? I also used to drink socially.

Hi, I am 43 years male. I have haemorroids since 10 years but under control. Since 2 days I have swelling after passing stool and it is painful.
