I felt burning sensation from throat to stomach while taking food.. please can anyone suggest what needs to be done

I am 29 years old female and facing below symptoms from past few days. 1. Pain in lower left abdomen, shooting pain 2. Feeling to pass stool but no stool 3. Burning will pooping What is the issue? Please guide

Hi, I have been taking allopathic meds for gastric problem, did endoscopy and had mild gastritis since one year and now found mild hernia in my 2nd endoscopy. Now I feel warm hiccups, warm liquid feeling near my throat and because of sudden breathlessness feeling and increase in heartbeat I had to take pan injections after which I felt immediate relief which was temporary.    Hence I have consulted and started homeopathy meds again after 1 & half year of this gastric issues. I am taking nux vomica, Carbo veg and nixocid syrup since last two days and have stopped allopathy (pan 40 and all) completely. Yesterday I didn't get that many problems and felt relaxed but today I am getting warm liquid feeling again and burning stomach. I sometimes have to take antacid (Digeraft) for easing those symptoms. I still feel little bit warm and uneasiness even while lying down.   Can I know how much time can it take for homeopathy to heal my problem in my case?  [it's my 2nd time homeopathy]
